1. About Potoly

Potoly is an AI fashion concept studio. You choose a model, pose, wardrobe, lighting and camera settings, and Potoly generates editorial concept images. Images are AI-generated concepts, not photographs of real products or real people, and may not exactly reproduce any specific garment or item.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for activity on your account. Potoly is currently in beta and features may change.

3. Credits and payments

  • 1 credit is used for each photoshoot, custom model or wardrobe preview, 4K download, and reference photo upload beyond your plan's free allowance. 2K downloads and text-based creation are free.
  • Subscription credits stay valid for 3 months from the date they are granted. Debut Pass credits stay valid for 3 months. Founder Pass and refill credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Potoly to create:

  • Sexual, nude or explicit content, or any content involving minors.
  • Images that imitate a real, identifiable person (deepfakes) or are presented as real photographs to deceive.
  • Content that infringes trademarks or copyrights, or is hateful, violent or illegal.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and image rights

You keep rights to the photos and descriptions you upload and confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to these terms, you may use images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including mood boards, lookbooks and marketing concepts. Because AI output can resemble existing works, you are responsible for checking images before commercial use.

6. Service availability

Potoly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results from AI generation. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
