What we collect

• Account details: email, name and profile photo (if you sign in with Google).
• Studio content: models and wardrobe you create, reference photos you upload, and the photoshoots you generate with their settings.
• Basic usage and technical data needed to run and secure the service.

Reference photos

When you upload a reference photo, it is analysed only to write a text description of the garment or model traits. Potoly then works from that description. Your generated photoshoots are stored privately in your account and are visible only to you.

How we use data

To provide the studio, save your photoshoots, manage credits, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

• Cloud hosting and database providers that store your account and images.
• AI model providers that process prompts and photos to generate images and descriptions.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles payments, billing details and tax. We never see your full card details.

Your choices

You can delete photoshoots and custom items at any time. To access, correct or delete your account data, email support@potoly.com.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where we must keep records by law (such as billing).
